Citi has announced that it will be performing maintenance between 12 a.m. and 5 a.m. ET on March 5, 2023 and March 6, 2023. Citi added that during these hours, “some features may be unavailable.” Since the affected features are unknown at this time, be sure to take care of any important tasks in your Citi portal before then. I won’t be duped again by Citi’s email enticing me to finish my balance transfer (BT). Before Citi introduced its new feature that lets customers preview their available Flex Loan and balance transfer offers, I would use Citi’s balance transfer link to see if I had a BT offer. I came across an online post of someone asking for the routing number for their bank. A fellow poster provided what they believed to be the correct routing number.
