How to log into your PNC account when prompted to use another browser

Some PNC customers receive the following message when attempting to log into their PNC account:

 

“Please try using another internet browser. If you still receive this message, please call the Customer Care Center at 1-800-762-2035 and reference code: [code redacted]”

 

To bypass this error message, the user can access the page in Incognito mode.
