Extended Citi maintenance announced

Citi has announced that it will be performing maintenance between 12 a.m. and 5 a.m. ET on March 5, 2023 and March 6, 2023. Citi added that during these hours, “some features may be unavailable.”

Since the affected features are unknown at this time, be sure to take care of any important tasks in your Citi portal before then. 

It’s common for financial institutions to perform maintenance overnight and on weekends. To avoid any inconvenience, it’s a good idea to handle important tasks outside these periods.

Be sure to also regularly review notices from your financial institutions. With the number of emails, texts, and push notifications that we receive daily, it can be easy to overlook or outright ignore these messages. But, getting in the habit of reviewing these updates can help you avoid being caught off-guard by service outages.
